PAYMENT: The full amount of the rental and Security deposit is required due upon the reservation date for all weekend and weekly rentals. Payment for long term renters, a 50% deposit of the rental rate is required due upon reservation date. The Security deposit is 50% of the rental rate and is due before 14 days prior to rental date along with the 50% rental balance.
CANCELLATIONS:A full refund (less than $75 admin. charge) will be returned as long as you cancel prior to 14 days of your reservation. Cancellations received within the 14 day period, will not be refunded. The security deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: Christmas, New years, Martin Luther King weekend, President’s week, Memorial Day weekend, Columbus Day weekend, Veteran’s Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend.
Additional information about rental rates:
Year round 2 night minimum (all weekends include Friday – check-in at 3:00pm to Sunday – check-out 11:00am.
Three night minimums for holidays – $760 for 3 nights (on weekends).
Four night minimums for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - $900.
MIMINUM STAY: The property requires a (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays are required during holiday periods. If a rental is occupied for less than three days during a holiday period the guest will be charged the three night rate.
HOUSE KEEPING: Full Service cleaning is available for long term and weekly renters at additional charges. Please call two weeks in advance of rental dates to arrange for same. Full cleaning services must be performed at end of stay. A $75 cleaning fee for weekend ($90 to $130 if stay is longer than a weekend) must be left at the cabin at the end of the rental.
Maximum Occupancy cabin one: The maximum number of guests is limited to six persons, this cabin comfortably accommodates the maximum.
Maximum Occupancy cabin two: The maximum number of guests is limited to four persons.
